Now that you have passed your 12th exams, which is the second step for your career and sure that you have gone through so much stress about your competitive exams, ranks, seat in top college etc. Now you may look forward to enjoy your college life. However, now there is another most important decision you need to take. Now that you have completed your 12th in different streams, you have wide range of career options in different fields.
The main streams in your 12th are Commerce, Arts, and Science. So, to guide you through this tricky path in choosing your career, here I come up with some graduate courses for each stream which may help you to choose better option for your career.
The first and foremost course comes to your mind when you choose commerce is CA. Which is one of the best choice in this stream. As it has better job opportunities, and early employment. But to get into this course you need to clear the competitive test CPT( Common Proficiency Test) conducted e by the institute for admission to the foundation course. Students who are interested can also have foundation course coaching for this competitive test. Any student, who has completed the 10+2 examination conducted by the examining board in India or any other examination recognized by the Central Government are eligible to apply for this foundation course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
There are also some other courses like BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration), BBM(Bachelor of Business Management ), CS (Company Secretary ) CS is divided into three sections. Foundation, Executive, Professional Programme. After the final exam the candidate has to undergo practical training. ICWA (Cost And Works Accountant), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), B.Com, CA( Chartered Accountant), Management, IAS, IPS, IES, Bank exams etc. Unlike CA there is no entrance exam for CWA. The only criterion is students can join only if they have completed 17 years of age.
Students who have completed their 12th in this stream have to choose their future career option based on their talent profile. Choosing a professional course or according to your interest or passion towards the course has to be taken after analysing all the fields in all respects. Fashion Designing courses, Mass Communication courses, Event Management courses, Hotel Management courses etc. are some of the courses on high demand now a days. This is one of the vastest stream with many different branches in different fields. Choosing science in you 12th gives you many options for your graduation which may confuse you with these vast options. Science stream contains maths, physics, chemistry, biology (botany & zoology). How to get into ARMY? May be students are aware of the courses mentioned above. But when comes to this most of them are not!! If you are so interested in joining the ARMY right before your graduation, then you must be aware of NDA( National Defence Academy). It is the premier joint service academy where all the 3 section cadets of Armed forces ARMY, NAVY, AIR FORCE will be trained together for 3 years.
For this there is an age limit of 19 years, the candidate should not cross 19 years. So students who are interested in joining into ARMY should try and join it while appearing 11th or 12th or as soon as you complete 12th .See that your age should not exceed 19.
You need to appear for NDA written exam, and SSB (Services Selection Board) interview where you have to clear both of them.
Students can take either Bachelor of Arts with law, Science with law or Commerce with law. There are also integrated courses offered by law colleges in India. These integrated courses will be of 5 years of span and popular Institutions for the professional law courses in India is National Law University that admits students through CLAT( Common Law Admission Test) examination.
