WWW.GAINPF.KERALA.GOV.IN/TRAINING is the Training website.GAIN PF is the Government Aided Institutions provident fund. It is the part of the IFMS. IFMS is fully called as Integrated Financial Management System. IFMS is the online provident fund Accounting System. Integrated Financial Management System minimizes the reconciliation and also provide the transparency. The development of GAIN PF and it is applicable on 1st April 2016. GAIN PF AIDED ORGANIZATIONS:
GAIN PF is fully called as GOVT AIDED INSTITUTIONS PROVIDENT FUND. It is relevant to the Provident fund accounts of all the staff who were working in all over the aided organizations which come under the:
- Director of Collegiate Education (DCE)
- Director of Technical Education (DTE),
- Director of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE),
- Director of Public Instructions (DPI),
- Director of Vocational Higher Secondary Education (DVHSE),
- Director of Panchayaths, Agriculture Department, Homoeopathy Department and Ayurveda Medical Education Department.
All the matters which relates to the PF accounts of these staff such as registration, Accounts Maintenance, Bank cards issuing, submitting the loan and closing down the applications etc all these are done through GOVT AIDED INSTITUTIONS PROVIDENT FUND gainpf. The treasuries shall not honor these things. In all the aided high schools there are users, there are three types and they are:
Individual User- Here comes under all Teaching Staff and Non- teaching employees – for processing TA, NRA, and TA to NRA Conversion
Clerk – It is for Scrutiny of application
HM – It is for Forwarding of the application to respective higher offices
All the Aided LP/UP Schools will also have the users, They are two type of users and they are:
Individual user: Here All Teaching Staff and Non- teaching staffs for processing of TA, NRA, and TA to NRA Conversion
HM: It is for Scrutiny and Forwarding of the application to respective higher offices.
Here are the Credentials of GAINPF User ID and Password:

You will also have the initial settings those are:
Login with school user id and password / Credentials which are provided above. It contains three menu’s those are
- Settings and
- Reset Password.
Here you need to Select ‘Settings’ menu – Hit on set menu – choose a staff (example: HM, clerk or SITC/any staff) and Hit on Set Menu Management Menu. His/her name will be displayed at bottom of the page.
Sign up with PEN no. of the admin user/management user as user ID and DOB.
choose menu management – Here select HM – tick / select the following check boxes:-
Loan processing -Verification,
Approval Entry – Opening balance, Ob loan,
Approval – Opening Balance. Verification – Opening balance, OB Loan.Sign up with PEN no. of the HM as user id and DOB as a password. Choose the name of employee- choose Entry menu and add Opening balance based on the bank card/credit card of 2014-15 and check it. (Total no of Subscriptions, Refund / Withdrawal total after last credit card, liabilities to be excluded from last credit card.

Enroll for KASEPF loan (TA, NRA & Diversion of TA to NRA)
Submit the MA, till the process is fully acquainted with the credit statement.

Check with the enrolment given by the employees Inspection the application.
