General HSCAP Transfer Norms for Higher Secondary Teachers
For the General Transfer, Higher secondary teachers those who have completed 3 years of experience of the year, only those are eligible to register for this HSCAP Transfer. HS service period time will be counted for a transfer process.
Teachers those who had one year service in remote areas like Wayand, Palakkad etc and in districts hill stations will be taken into account as 1 1/2 year service. For one home transfer, all the HS school teachers should choose 1 home place. There is only 1 chance to change the home station. as per the below-mentioned order,2017-18 the General HSCAP transfer is scheduled.

General HSCAP Transfer Norms for Government Employees:
Similarly, there are 3 years of time taken for posting and also transfer. Every academic year all the organizations will prepare the priority list which is based on the transfer order. All the transfers will be carried out by considering this priority list. They will perform queue system from the priority list and do the transfers. Every year in the month of April and May, All the organizations will make the transfers.
HSCAP Transfer Allotment for Government Employees:
While coming to the school’s transfers, General transfers will be made in the month of July or August. The order of the government also listed out for compassionate transfers. These transfers will be studying for a minimum one year of time. At last, Government will transfer the employee. for more details visit HSCAP website, www hscap transfer. HSCAP allotment transfer general norms will be allotted as per the eligibility.
Kerala Plus One HSCAP School and transfer, of course, combination allotment assume that would be published on July 8th, 2017. Candidates who have applied can check their school transfer placement result on the website of HSCAP that is www.hscap.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who got the transfer allotment, HSCAP will release the remaining details about the vacancy and plus one supplementary allotment notification at the website of HSCAP.
Candidates should have admission in higher secondary first-year courses by the secondary allotment of HSCAP. Students who have applied for main phase allotment and didn’t get allotment can register for the secondary allotment by submitting renewal form to the schools where they already submitted main phase allotment applications. The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education(DHSE) Kerala has conducted admission process for the candidates who are selected for second allotment list on 27 and 28 June, as per the official notification for hscap transfer. From many numbers of applications, about 1.9 lakh allotments have been given to the second phase leaving around 666 vacant seats for plus one allotment. The list of allotment will be decided and prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the Kerala SSLC result.
The Kerala Higher Secondary Centralised Admission Process has declared the results for the Kerala third allotment 2017. According to statistics, Total no.of seats are 2,87,598 were allotted in the second round. These seats involve about vacancies among 14 districts for all categories. And 76,413 seats have allotted freshly. 61,608 students have higher options, and in this round, there are 805 rounds in this round. On 19 and 20 June 2017 Kerala Plus, One first allotment has been allotted. The allotment to Plus One College is based on the basis of board examination marks. HSCAP Trail Allotment for plus one admissions 2017-18 will release the notify schedule of Plus one. HSCAP Kerala result of trial plus one allotment 2017 has not announced high court temporary stay on the admission process. There are total 4.22 lakh seats in plus one schools at the Kerala, where 5 lakh students are applying each year for hscap transfer.
