Kamal Haasan is an Indian film actor, screenwriter, director, producer, playback singer and lyricist who firstly works in Tamil cinema.He was born on 7 November 1954 as Parthasarathy into a Tamil Family in Ramanathapuram, Madras State.Rajkamal International production company was initiated by Kamal Haasan, which has produced several of his films.Kamal Haasan has won numerous film awards along with three National Film Awards and nineteen Filmfare Awards. Succeeding a few projects as a child artist, Kamal’s breakthrough as a top actor came entered in the year 1975 drama Apoorva Raagangal, in which he performed a rebellious youth who falls in love with an older woman.

He won his first National Film Award for his representation of an unsophisticated school teacher who cares for a childlike amnesiac in Moondram Pirai in the year 1983. He was renowned for his performance in Mani Ratnam’s Nayagan in the year 1987 and Shankar’s vigilante film Indian in the year 1996, which saw him performing double roles of a father and a son. Since then he has appeared in a number of films along with Hey Ram in the year 2000, Virumaandi in the year 2004, Vishwaroopam in the year 2013 which was produced by his own productions and Dasavathaaram in 2008 in which he played ten different roles.

Early Life of Kamal Haasan
Kamal Hassan was born to a Tamil Family in Ramanathapuram, Madras State.D.Srinivasan his father who was an Advocate and his mother Rajalakshmi was a housewife. Kamal is the youngest child in his family. His brothers Chaurhasan (born in the year 1930) and Chandrahasan (born in the year 1936) are both Advocates as well; the former became an actor during 1980s.Kamal’s sister, Nalini (born in the year 1946), is a classical dancer. He received his primary education in paramakudi before heading to Madras (now present Chennai) as his brothers pursued their higher studies.
Kamal continued his education in sanhome, Madras, and was attracted to the films and fine arts as encouraged by his father.When a physician friend of his mother, visited Avichi Meiyappa Vhettiar(AVM) to treat his wife, she brought Kamal along with her.Probably impressed by his demeanor AVM’s son, M. Saravanan, acclaimed him for their production Kalathur Kannamma. He is an atheist and who are interested to know about the Kamal Hassan religion, he didn’t reveal in any interview about his religion. Child actor (1959-1965)
Kamal Haasan has received the Rashtrapathi Award (it means President’s Gold Medal) for his performing skills in Kannamma at age four and been in five more films as a child.He came into the Malayalam film industry with Kannum Karalum in the year 1962. Upon his father’s boosting, he associated a repertory company (T.K.S.Nataka Sabha) started by T.K.Shanmugam.In the meanwhile, he continued his studies at school called Hindu Higher Secondary School in Triplicane.

After having a seven-year career from films, Kamal Haasan came back to the industry as a dance assistant, working with dance choreographer Thankappan. The same year, he performed his first leading role in the Malayalam film, Knayakumari, for which he won his first Filmfare Award. Kamal debuted in Bollywood of a film Ek Duuje Ke Liye with Balachander, and it is a remake of Maro Charitra Telugu film in 1978 which attracted all the people with his stunning performance.
